debug - To remove an error in a computer programme. பிழைநீக்கு : ஒரு கணிப்பொறி நிகழ்நிரலில் பிழையைக் களைதல்.
decade - A group of 10 storage locations: eg. magnetic drum. பத்தாமிடம் : பத்துச் சேமிப்பு இடங்களின் தொகுதி எ-டு காந்த உருளை.
decimal notation - Decimal numbers usually represented by binary digits. பதின்மக் குறிமானம் : வழக்கமாகப் பதின்ம எண்கள் இரும இலக்கங்களால் குறிக்கப்படுதல்.
decision - An operation carried out by a computer to choose between alternative courses of action by comparing the relative magnitude of two specified operands. முடிவு : கணிப்பொறியினால் நிறைவேற்றப்படும் செயல். இச்செயலின் ஒன்றுவிட்ட ஒன்று போக்குகள் தெரிவு செய்யப்படும். குறிப்பிட்ட இரு செயலிடங்களின் சார்பு அளவை ஒப்பிட்டுச் செய்யப்படுவது இது.
decision box - A flowchart symbol used to represent a decision. முடிவுப்பெட்டி : வழிமுறைப் படக்குறியீடு, முடிவைக் குறிக்கப்பயன்படுவது.
decision element - A circuit doing a logical operation: and, or, not, except on one or more binary digits of input information representing yes or no and which expresses the result in its output otherwise known as decision gate. முடிவுக் கூறு : முறைமைச் செயலைச் செய்யும் மின் சுற்று. எ-டு உம், அல்லது இல்லை, தவிர. இவை உட்பலனுள்ள ஒன்றுக்கு மேற்பட்ட இரும எண்களில் இருக்கும். இதனால் முடிவு வெளிப் பலனாகத் தெரியும். வேறுபெயர் முடிவு வாயில்.
decision instruction - An instruction capable of discriminating between the relative value of two specified operands. முடிவுக் கட்டளைக் குறிப்பு : குறிப்பிட்ட இரு செயலிடங்களுக்கிடையே உள்ள மதிப்பை வேறுபடுத்தி அறியும் குறிப்பு.
decision table - A table of contingencies to be considered in the definition of a problem together with the actions to be taken.
