22. Koil-thiruppathikam “Oh Father of the slave of your devotees! Oh Flame of truth which softening and melting my body and soul in every pore has entered me and abiding in me had dispelled the darkness of unreality! Oh waveless eternal clear sea of Ambrosia! Oh Civan who abides in Thirupperunturai ! Oh Experience which is experienced by being in a state of transcending speech and sensation! Instruct me how I may speak of You”. (22:3) “Oh Being impossible of being experienced by great sages who have perceived You, the heavenly ones and all others! Oh matchless One! Oh Life to all living beings! Oh our Medicine which severes me from birth ! Oh pure clear Space in dense darkness! Oh Civan who abides in Thirupperunthurai! Oh Bliss devoid of qualities! What do I who have reached you, lack henceforth?” (22:4) Oh Fullness without ullage! Oh Ambrosia without sediment! Oh infinite Hill of blazing flame and Oh King who coming as the Vedaas and the essence of the Vedaas and residing in my mind! Oh Civan abiding in Thirupperunthurai who rushes into my mind like an unstemmed flood! What more shall I henceforth beg of you? (22:5) 561
