The result produced by the commingling of the two races is, I believe, clearly shown in this lecture. Still the subject is such that it requires an elaborate treatment of the facts briefly mentioned here and I hope to do it in my separate English work "Tamilic India.'
I need hardly say that I am deeply indebted to Pandit Saviriroyan and Prof. Rhys Davids my forerunners in the new lines of studies in the history of ancient India.
