In this book the author has traced the Origin of Science and its steady growth through the various periods, the research workers and their inventions in the various fields of science and the benefits derived from such inventions by us. The scientific achievements and progress made so far in agriculture, Village uplift, Housing schemes, Textiles, Public Health, Arts, Transport and Electricity are vividly portrayed in this handy book in simple language. The author has a very clear expression and good didction through out the book.
