என்னைப் பற்றிய விபரங்களை இங்கு காணலாம்..விக்கிமீடியாவில் நான் வந்த போது ஏதும் அறியாதவனாக வந்தேன். சுஜாதா அவர்கள் எழுதிய "கற்றதும் பெற்றதும்" என்ற நாவலைப் போல இங்கு நான் கற்றதும், மற்றைய விக்கியர் மூலம் பெற்றதும் அநேகம். குறிப்பாக, ஜெ. பாலாஜி (Balajijagadesh), தகவலுழவன் ஆகிய இருவரும் என்னை வழி நடத்தியதில் பெரும்பங்கு பெறுகின்றனர். என்னுடன் இவர்கள் நேரடியாக உரையாடியதன் மூலமும், மற்ற பயனர்களுடன் இவர்கள் நடத்தும் உரையாடல் மூலமும் நான் நிறைய அறிந்து கொண்டேன்.

align= என்று மட்டும் குறிப்பிட்டாலோ [default] அல்லது align=center என்று குறிப்பிட்டாலோ கோடு வரியின் நடுவில் தோன்றும். align=right என்று குறிப்பிட்டால், கோடு வரியின் வலது புறத்தில் தோன்றும்.

4emல் அளவீடான 4 என்பதை அதிகப்படுத்தினால், கோட்டின் நீளம் அதிகரிக்கும். "4em|align=" என்பதை நீக்கி விட்டால், கோடு கீழ் வருமாறு முழு வரியையும் ஆக்கிரமிக்கும்.

கோட்டின் அழுத்தத்தை அதிகப்படுத்த height என்பதை உபயோகிக்கலாம்.

இந்த அட்டவணையை உருவாக்க முடியாது என்று கருதி imageஐயே தந்திருந்தனர். நான் ஒரு சவாலாக எடுத்து கொண்டு, இந்த அட்டவணையைத் தயார் செய்தேன். நிறையத் தெரிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டி இருந்தது. தயார் செய்ய இரண்டு நாட்கள் ஆயின. “தொகு” பொத்தானை அழுத்தி நிரலைத் தெரிந்து கொள்ளவும்.

முதல் பத்தியின் அகலத்தை மட்டும் என்னால் சுருக்க (குறைக்க) இயலவில்லை. ஏனென்றால், அந்த வார்த்தைகளை 270° சுழற்றுவதற்கு முன்னால் உள்ள அகலமே பத்தியின் அகலமாகத் தீர்மானிக்கப்படுகிறது. மேலும் August 5th என ஆரம்பிக்கும் இரண்டாவது அட்டவணை தமிழ் விக்கியில் சற்றே விலகி இருப்பது போலத் தோன்றினாலும், ஆங்கில விக்கியில் சரியாகவே பொருந்தியுள்ளது.

எழுத்துருவை மாற்றுதல்தொகு

முதலில் என் கருத்தை ஆங்கிலத்தில் பதிவிடுகிறேன். பின் தமிழில் தருகிறேன்.

To change Font Use the quoted site to convert the Tamil font used in Wiki Source (I think it is Vijaya font) to any other Tamil Font family. In that site, in the top box, put the normal tamil word. In the From box keep "Auto Detect" and in the To box select TSCII. Automatically the entered word is converted in to selected font. Copy the converted font and use it as shown in the example.

In the heading of the reference page, when லாகர்ஸ்ரோமியா பிளாஸ் ரீஜினே was entered with the normal default wiki font, without leaving space between ஸ் and ரீ, they get automatically merged to form ஸ்ரீ such as லாகர்ஸ்ரோமியா பிளாஸ்ரீஜினே.

So I have to use some other Tamil font where these two Tamil letters do not merge. I made trials with various Tamil Fonts in MS-Word. Finally the Tamil font “TSCu_SaiIndira” served my bill. Ä¡¸÷Š§Ã¡Á¢Â¡ À¢Ç¡ŠÃ£ƒ¢§É was the converted text using the quoted site. This is unreadable. We have to use the following to present it in TSCu_SaiIndira Tamil font so that it becomes readable. See how it is done.

புணரும் எழுத்துகளைப் பிரிக்க தொகு

நாம் தனித்தனியாக எழுதினாலும், சில எழுத்துகள் புணர்ந்து ஒரே எழுத்தாக மாறிவிடும். எடுத்துக்காட்டாக க் என்ற எழுத்தையும் ஷா என்ற எழுத்தையும், நாம் ரிக்ஷா [நான் இங்கு white spaceஐப் பயன்படுத்தி உள்ளதால், இவ்விரு எழுத்துகளும் புணர்வது தடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.] என்று எழுதினால், அவ்விரு எழுத்துகளும் புணர்ந்து, ரிக்ஷா என மாறி விடுகிறது. இதைத் தடுக்க white space என்னும் ஒரு வடிவத்தைப் பயன்படுத்தலாம். இது கண்ணுக்குத் தெரியாது. இடத்தையும் எடுத்துக் கொள்ளாது. கண்ணுக்குத் தெரியாது எனில் எவ்வாறு பயனுறுத்துவது? மேற்கோள் குறிக்குள் இருக்கும் "ரிக்ஷா" என்ற வார்த்தையை வெட்டி, Note Padல் ஓட்டினால் க் என்ற எழுத்துக்கும் ஷா என்ற எழுத்துக்கும் இடையே சதுர வடிவில் ஒரு எழுத்து கிடைக்கும். இதை வெட்டி, க் என்ற எழுத்துக்குப் பின் ஒட்டி, அதன் பின் ஷா என்ற எழுத்தை எழுதினால், இவை இரண்டும் இணையா.

White space என்ற கண்ணுக்குத் தெரியாத குறியீட்டை, ஸ்க்கும் ரீக்கும் இடையில் இடுவதன் மூலம் , இரு எழுத்துகளும் புணர்ந்து, ஸ்ரீ என மாறுவதைத் தடுக்க இயலும். கீழே நான் இட்டுள்ளதை வெட்டி, Note Padல் ஒட்டிப் பார்த்தால், அந்த White spaceஐக் காண இயலும்.
